What we collect
When you request a quote or book, we collect your name, email, phone number, event details (date, time, venue, guest count) and anything you tell us in your message. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details; we receive your name, email, phone, billing details and payment status, never your full card number.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your quote, plan and staff your event, take payments, and keep business and tax records. We may email you about your booking. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: our website host (Netlify), Google Workspace (email, calendar and files), Stripe (payments), and, if you book rentals, the rental partner who delivers them (name, venue address and delivery contact only).
Your choices
Email info@jolly-spirits.com to see, correct or delete your information. We keep booking and payment records as long as tax law requires.
