Bigger crowd?
Extra guests over the package are $6 each. We recommend a second bartender above 75 guests per bartender, and require one above 100.
Longer night?
Extra service time is $125 per hour, per bartender.

Deposits, payments + the fine print
Deposit holds your date
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 30 days before your event.
Booking within 45 days?
Payment is due in full at booking.
Ways to pay
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or bank transfer (ACH), through a secure Stripe checkout.
You supply the alcohol
We never buy, sell or transport alcohol. We send you a shopping list 3 weeks before.
Travel
No travel fee within 40 miles of Louisville; $2 per mile one way beyond that.
Gratuity
Never added automatically. Always optional.
